Sugesstion - also provide .obj files for the 64bit engine.

Hi Arnaud,

In file SynSQLite3Static, we can find such a comment "under Win64, expects an external sqlite3-64.dll file to be available".

Is there a reason not to provide static linking for the 64bit engine? Thanks.

It is possible to do it, but not done yet.
