mORMot without JavaScript?

I am looking around for some frameworks in order to develop a web
application with Delphi that works even if the user deactivated JavaScript.

I read that mORMot uses JSON -
so can mORMot be used, if the user has deactivated JavaScript?
Or which parts could be used or not be used with deactivated
JavaScript?

A mORMot mvc web app will work perfectly with JavaScript disactivated since it is a server side design.
