SynCommons.SameValue(386.0, 720, 2) = true?

SynCommons.SameValue(386.0, 720, 2) = true
System.Math.SameValue(386.0, 720, 2) = false

I am a little bit confused. Is it OK?

You are right: the SynCommons implementation was NOT matching the System.Math algorithm.
