Changes driver Firedac Firebird

It would be possible to change in FIREDAC PROVIDER 'IB' to 'FB' to be compatible with the current delphi and the new firebird 3.
In addition change FireDAC.Phys.IB to FireDAC.Phys.FB.

Could you provide a pull request on github?
How make it backward compatible with existing code, not using Firebird 3?
