No problem here with the latest version using Delphi XE6 for Win64.

Using mORMot 1.18.2832 FTS3
Running on Windows 7 64bit SP1 (6.1.7601) with code page 1252
TSQLite3LibraryDynamic 3.13.0 with internal MM
Generated with: Delphi XE6 64 bit compiler

Time elapsed for all tests: 59.21s
Tests performed at 06/08/2016 19:00:57

Total assertions failed for all test suits:  0 / 25,978,793
 All tests passed successfully.

I forgot to mention: I am using the PurePascal switch. It was something with the CPUId stuff
