Using ticket system

Since number of tickets grows, I have some proposition for ticket list:
1) let's add "author" attribute in ticket table (and corresponding column in ticket list query) - it help to close ticket I wrote smile
2) I think we need some instruction for ticket life-circle (user who create ticket must close it and so on) - not all user have experiences with bug tracking system

My concern is that most of the time, the "author" attribute is left void...

I've already created some pre-filtered lists, to quickly find Feature Requests or not closed issues.
