Compilation problem (rev 2013-02-07)

With the last revision (2013-02-07 : 20:51) i have some compilation problems:

[DCC Error] SynCommons.pas(11618): E2441 Inline function declared in interface section must not use local symbol 'GetHighUTF8UCS4'
[DCC Warning] SynCommons.pas(13537): W1000 Symbol 'faVolumeID' is deprecated

PS: I'm using Delphi XE2 Update 4.

I was not able to check the compilation issues of Unicode version, since I did not have a Delphi 2009+ version at hand.
I'll do it tonight.

The particular E2441 is fixed by http://synopse.info/fossil/info/9e89095221
