reUserCanChangeOwnPassword Flag

When the reUserCanChangeOwnPassword is set, can the user update *any* column for their row in TSqlAuthUser? That's what it looks like in the code, but I wanted to ask to be certain.

I want it to work that way, actually. But the name makes me wonder if that's considered kosher.
