Some Chinese fonts display errors

System: Windows 7
Delphi Version: XE10.1 Berlin
SynPDF Version: 1.18

PDF file generated by SynPDF.
I use the font SimKai in my editor, I found that the function TTFFontPostcriptName can't get postscript name of font, it shows 'KaiTi'.
The font file is simkai.ttc, the font name is '楷体', the postscript name maybe is 'SimKai'.
The PDF file shows small dots instead of right fonts.
