As stated by our wiki - see http://synopse.info/fossil/wiki?name=SynProject - the SynProject tool is now available to be downloaded as executable:

Source code is available from this source code repository. Please login as anonymous (click on "Login" then the "Fill out captcha" button), then select the "Files" button above, and check the SynProject folder.
