SynCommons.GetSystemPath (Windows)

Hi ab,

I think GetSystemPath function (under windows) has undesired behavior as it will always create a log folder in the program file path if it doesn't exist.
I see this as a problem because this function is used in SynCrypto and SynECC so using some hmac,ecc or DPAPI functions will cause this undesired behavior.
