mORMot2 FormatUTF8 question

There are two versions of FormatUTF8, one is defined in mormot.core.text,  the other in mormot.core.json

Is this an intentional design?

Yes, the parameters are not the same, I guess.

The basic mormot.core.text allows one set of paramters: %
The mormot.core.json allows two set of parmaters: % and ?
