It is necessary to add bookmarks to SAD document

It's a very great document, more than 1000 pages! And it has a clear Contents in the front of the document. Buf as a more than 1000 pages PDF file, I think it nice to have a bookmark. In this way, readers can freely and quickly jump to any section in the document.

I did have some issues when I tried to add it, some months ago, due to the complexity of RTF.

But I suspect I was finally able to add this feature to our SynProject Open Source tool.

Now the SAD pdf will contain the bookmarks, as expected.
It is definitively much easier to browse this huge document, now.

I'll be much easier to navigate the doc.

PS, I suggest Sumatra PDF reader, it's lightweight and fast, contains everything I need but nothing unneeded as a reader, much like Foxit reader in its earlier days.
