Socket bind creation error (W8.1-64)

@ab,

Why, for Windows 8.1-64 after starting Project04Server I get error:
"Socket bind creation error on 0.0.0.0:8080 (0)"
?

On Windows 7-32 and 7-64 this error does not appear.

There is another application bound to port 8080.
Use netstat on command line to check out.

Indeed. It turns out that this port bound Oracle Executable TNSLSNR.
