get background on section with text using TGDIPages

Hi,

I want to generate a simple report using TGDIPages.
I want the pages to be white, but in the rectangle where there is text, I want a light grey background and in the title section I want a darker grey background.
Both backgrounds should be equally wide and should stop under the last line of text on that page.
Any idea how I can accomplish this?

You can take a look about how tables are drawn.
They already are doing some background colors drawing.
