Error SQLITE_ERROR (1) no such column: ID

I get this error using CreateAndFillPrepare without providing FieldCSV

The Query executed on Server is like select ID, f1, f1, ... where f1=? on Server.

The mysterous thing is: there is a column id in the table. If i execute the Query (copied from debugger) in SynDBExplorer it works ?!

As Workaround i provided the needed Fields.

I think there is something wrong with RowID and ID.
