NewPascal with mORMot - first release

Hi,

finally! New release with mORMot and Generics.Collections included is available (at http://newpascal.org ). All works out of box. Just unpack and become mORMot programmer. NP = NewPascal = NoProblems (almost... see below)

Note 0: no cross compilation (yet), only avalible target is Win32
Note 1: IMO we need to refresh mORMot source code tree. Maybe only locally for NewPascal purposes... I know you don't like this ab tongue
Note 2: Code insight (Code Completion etc) won't work (for example when mORMot module is used). It is +/- Lazarus bug, but well organized source tree can easily eliminate this bug (good example is Zeos).

best regards,
Maciej Izak

Re: NewPascal with mORMot - first release

Congratulations on this. Excellent job @hnb, @AOG @ab and all his team Mormot .

When compiling with build mode Win32
DDD shared units
failed

Optimization changing levels of 2 ( -O2 ) to 1 ( -O1 ) everything is OK .
That's great!

Cordially

Re: NewPascal with mORMot - first release

Congrats hnb.

I noticed the mORMot-not-included download is no longer available?
You know, some people like me might have already installed mORMOt manually, or prefer to setup mORMot manually, for easy keeping update with the github repos......

Cross-compile feature would be the most needed feature IMHO, because it's the most difficult part for a new Lazarus user, on the other hand, other other tasks, like setting up mORMot for Lazarus, is not that hard.

Currently I'm enjoying Alred's cross-compile distribution smile

Delphi XE4 Pro on Windows 7 64bit.
Lazarus trunk built with fpcupdelux on Windows with cross-compile for Linux 64bit.
