How to rotate PDF page or TMetafile before render.

We generate Hazards Shipping labels and need to rotate the page. Like setting Printer.Canvas.orientation := poLandscape.

The labels are designed in landscape 14 x 8.5 for example. And then when printed (automation) the are printed in Landscape thereby rotating into portrait 8.5 x 14 to print to the paper correctly.

Appreciate any help.
