Can you use this library in a .net c# project?

I'm looking for library to convert emf to emf+ and do a bit of manipulation with it. I don't know anything about Delphi. Just wondering if it would be possible to reference it from a c# .net project.

There is no emf+ format in fact.
But you can render a windows metafile content with GDI+ using our library, e.g. into a bitmap.
