It fixes a bug about auto-vaccum and I suggest mORMot to upgrade.

It is a bit difficult to compile for all platforms, so since this bug was not of high occurrence, we did not upgrade.

Eventually we will update on 3.20.

3.20.1 is out. This version add any future, error fix for waiting or I use current version in mORMot safety?

There is no big security concern / safety when using 3.19 branch.

But I have updated updated SQLite3 engine to latest version 3.20.1.
