[FIXED]FieldType compilation error under xe4, in file mORMotVCL.pas

Hi ab,

Since the 'issues' page for the mORMot github project is not visible, I'm posting the xe4 compilation error here:

[dcc32 Error] mORMotVCL.pas(330): E2250 There is no overloaded version of 'FieldType' that can be called with these arguments
[dcc32 Error] mORMotVCL.pas(430): E2250 There is no overloaded version of 'FieldType' that can be called with these arguments
