Trunk does not compile for Android after this commit

* new TGZRead class to decompress a .gz file into memory or stream/file

For any LAMW project (ARMV7A, FPC trunk):

SynZip.pas(1725,17) Error: Incompatible types: got "PChar" expected "PByte"

There is no problem for Win32 target
