SyNode: improvements

Thanks to GNOME3 project which use the same 52 version of SpiderMonkey (yes, most of Gnome3 desktop apps, for example in Ubuntu 18, is a JS apps) now we have a good samples of how to cook SpiderMonkey better.
All changes is currently in feature/synodeCleanup branch.

Today's changes  improve the way SyNode <-> JS works with RawUTF8 - see d3cf46fbc commit

Hope I finish most of features I planning to do in this year and merge all to master.
