How to copy the records to another structure TSynTableData?

Hello I'm new here, sorry for my English.

I'm using in Delphi 10.2 the TSynTableData and TSynBigTableRecord of the mORMot Open Source component to store some information.

But I don't know how to copy the contents of the TSynTableData component at once to another TSynTableData. Is there a way to copy all the records at once using Stream or String?

Something like a BlockRead straight from mapped memory file records?
