How to create correctly a PDF from this metafile ?...

Hi and happy New Year to all :-)

Could you show me how I can display correctly this emf file http://www.megaupload.com/?d=U8NJS968 as a PDF Page (landscape) ?...

When I insert this emf file            
  MF.LoadFromFile('d:\temp.emf');
  Canvas.RenderMetaFile(MF,);
it lacks most of the horizontal and vertical lines surrounding most cells :
