Pull request: Overloaded function RunProcess()

Hi Arnaud,

please have a look at pull request https://github.com/synopse/mORMot2/pull/281
Background: I need to call RunProcess() with waitfor=false. The returned process handle is of no use in this case, I need the process id of the created process.
