PerfTestConsole ？

PerfTestConsole Test successfully。
in reports：
Running tests using Synopse mORMot framework 2.3.9379, compiled with Delphi 12.2 Athens 32 bit, against SQLite 3.46.1, on Windows 8 64bit 24H2 (6.2.9200.2605),...

the Windows ver should be 11 not 8。

But GetSystemInfoText & OSVersionText tested，correct！

Ensure you add the proper manifest file to the dpr:

{$R mormot.win.default.manifest.res}

Please try with
