Prepare mORMot 2.5

SQLite released today a new version:
https://sqlite.org/releaselog/3_54_0.html
Lots of bug fixes - and I guess we will still be able to maintain XP compatibility, using our TLightLock as we do in mormot.core.os.pas.

It may be time for us to stabilize the mORMot trunk, and prepare for the official 2.5 release.
A lot of things to validate!
Especially with Delphi cross-compilers... the new compatibility should be tested as much as possible.

We will enter a bug-fix release cycle.
The work of pdf could continue in its branch, but not in the main trunk directly.

Do you mean in the statically linked version of SQLite3, using mormot.db.raw.sqlite3.static.pas?

Yes XP compatibility with the static version - it is not possible with the dll sadly, unless we patch the C code.
