"teach smith camtasia" is a very good choise. It is very easy and powerfull. I am using camtasia for creating my tutorial videos, and I am happy for using It.

CamStudio is freeware and opensource. It's not perfect but can be a good solution: http://sourceforge.net/projects/camstudio/
