SynSQLite3 should expose the SQLite 16bits strings interfaces

This would make SynSQLite3 directly usable with Delphi strings, without having to use casts and temporary strings:

bind_text16
result_text16
prepare_v2_16
value_text16
column_decltype16
column_name16
