I've installed the 10.1 Berlin Starter edition, and mORMot is just working fine with it!
Even the SynDB SQL database, SQlite3 access, or MongoDB client work with no problem...

Does the Starter edition support installing third party experts such as CnPack and GExperts?

I had no problem installing CnPack to the Starter IDE.
