Docker is a great platform on linux server, and FPC+mormot is also a splendid framework on server programming. But fpc is complex, a lot of dependency, path , ... linux is complex, ubuntu, centos , suse ....
So, have you ever considered construct a docker image to make it easier to get the developing enviorment.

Well, docker is a good idea - I can download it as a whole, in my country, internet censoring make it **never** success to get the the end of the process with fpcupdeluxe...
Delphi XE4 Pro on Windows 7 64bit.
Lazarus trunk built with fpcupdelux on Windows with cross-compile for Linux 64bit.

Well, at the moment, I have 0% knowledge of Docker, other than heard of it and a website visit.
However, there is always a way out with fpcupdeluxe:
a: first get the FPC/Laz-sources in a way convenient for you.
b: point fpcupdeluxe towards these sources and let it do its job.
