In which context is it to be used?
Depending on the use cases, e.g. if it could be handy for server process, it may be a good idea!

But it should compile under Delphi 6 up to latest revision, and also on latest FPC on most targets.
You can create a github project for this, or put a download link here.

usually i can use this  unit   process data filter    operatoion 
this unit support    >  <  >=  <=  AND  OR NOT   Equal    operotor.   you can  easily  extend support   XML   Json    Csv  and other data file  search  filter.
