Make mor samples working under FPC/Lazarus

I have made a patch with GIT, to make Sample 31 working. How can i contribute the patch.

By forking and pushing it over github?

Actally by making a patch with git, but forking at github is possible.

Ok i will do it in this way.

Done at Github: A new pull request is created

-added: Sample 31 for Lazarus (converted from the Delphi one) ChatSer…
