Can one create bookmarks with SynPdf?

Can one create bookmarks when creating a pdf file with SynPdf?
Pdf bookmarks are for navigation, you can see it as the TOC but shown on the left sidebar in pdf reader software like the folder tree in Windows File Explorer, like the following:

Yes, you can create bookmarks.
Just search for "bookmark" in the SynPdf code interface, you will find several methods, either direct, or via GDIComment (from a VCL Canvas).
